Once the order is set, we will need 2-3 days to prepare your order and 1-2 days to deliver your food.
We will send you a confirmation email/message before it delivers.
We do provide excellent frozen courier services under -18 degree celsius environment to make sure all recipes are delivered in freshness.
The order will be delivered 4-5 business days and we cannot guaranteed the delivery time.
We use XH Supply Chain or GoGoVan to deliver door-to-door, customers can directly check at https://www.xhsc.com.hk/search/waybill by XH Supply Chain or will be received a SMS Text from GoGovan courier before delivery.
Our delivery partners will you give a call before we are going to deliver.
If you are not at home at the moment, our delivery partners will put at the building concierge or the apartment's door front.
Besides than delivery, customers can schedule a pick-up appointment with our staff. Please contact our staff 2 days prior to schedule to pick-up.

Everyone loves cycling so you are more than welcome to return the bags to us. Before you do that, you may contact one of our staffs and we will arrange somebody to grab your cooler bags.
No, you don't need to heat up but if you think its too cold you may boil in a pot for 30 secs.
Your credit card or bank account will be charged once you are checked out and paid.For the retail packs weekly subscription, we help to arrange every 1-4 weeks, and it reoccurs based on the selection below the size packs (each recipes' pages). Your credit card will be stored and charged 4-5 working days ahead of your next recurring retail orders.If you wish to cancel to recurring retail orders, please contact and notify to our customer service 5 days before the next scheduled reccurance.
Fresh Pack Subscriptions are charged according to the weekly order quantity, and there are no additional cancellation fees. To cancel, please contact our customer service center 5 working days in advance.
Returns and refunds are not available for all retail packs and monthly subscriptions.
If the fresh food package is damaged or opened during delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service center, and we will arrange for a replacement of the fresh food package as soon as possible (replacement of the same grams and packing size).
If the fresh food pack smells / damaged when it is opened, please contact our customer service center, and we will arrange for a replacement of the fresh food bag as soon as possible (replacement of the same grams and packing size).
If any monthly subscription customer finds that the fresh food pack is damaged or has been opened during the delivery process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service center, and we will replace the damaged or opened fresh food package in the next delivery.
